Our Plymouth Based Martial Art Classes
Our Kickboxing programme offers a blend of American style Kickboxing and Thai Boxing / Muay Thai. This class will not only teach you a wide range of skills but is also great for developing fitness; flexibility, self confidence, and self defence. We offer specific classes for Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced level students with classes for beginners held daily Monday through Friday.
Filipino Eskrima (FMA)
This programme teaches the Martial Arts of the Philippines, a dynamic and exciting martial arts style which blends empty handed techniques with a variety of weapons.
The Filipino Martial Arts are known as Eskrima, Kali or Arnis and are excellent for developing coordination, balance and fitness as well as offering real world self-defence.
Beginner classes are held on Monday and Wednesday.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ)
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu focuses on grappling especially ground fighting. This programme will increase your fitness, flexibility, and coordination, as well as being a lot of fun.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
MMA is one of the fastest growing combat sports in the world. Combining the kicking and punching skills of Kick/Thai Boxing with the ground fighting skills of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Submission Wrestling. Our MMA Programme has it all and offers you the best workout in the South West.
